I’ve been a full-time professional writer of movies and television for 25 years.
My work has been nominated for a Writer’s Guild Award and won multiple festival prizes, an arts foundation fellowship and an Emmy.
My credits include theatrical motion pictures, no-budget indies, TV staff positions and series episodes, original movies for cable and streaming.

But IMDB doesn’t list the work that makes up so much of most screenwriters’ careers: rewrites and scripts-for-hire that didn’t get made or were credited to other writers. In my case, that’s more than 20 additional features, cable movies and TV episodes.
I have worked for studios, independent companies and networks. I’ve made ultra-low budget DIY festival films. I’ve been on the staffs of sitcoms and written for hour-long drama series; written horror, sci-fi action, romantic comedy, caper comedy, family-holiday and thriller movies. I’ve adapted novels, non-fiction books and the Bible. I wrote an original audio-drama spun off from a hit series.
I’ve been on sound stages and locations, directed, edited, produced, given notes on rough cuts, pitched and listened to pitches, created an experimental production workshop, worked as a development executive for indie companies.
I’ve had a uniquely disorganized career.
I think that can help me to help you.
