This is the first Drama Pilot script I wrote – to show that I could handle an ensemble story with strong storylines and a big, smart vision. I wanted to work on the staff of a prestige cable series (this was before streaming existed) so I made sure this proved I could write action, history and character with style. It’s super-ambitious and ridiculously expensive: showing off, because why not?
